Terms & Conditions Agreement

BY PURCHASING FROM Love Her Wild and www.loveherwildpodcast.com (“We” or “Company”), YOU ARE CONSENTING TO THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS. Love Her Wild reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You understand that your information (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks and (b) changes to conform and adapt to the technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Payment and credit card information are always encrypted during transfer over networks.

You expressly agree not to sell, resell, reproduce, duplicate, copy, or exploit any portion of this Live Program, the Service provided, the Materials and Products provided, use of the Service/Products, or access to the Service/Products, without express written permission by us.

1. Account Creation. In order to gain access to the Live Program, you may be required to provide information about yourself, including your name, email address, username, password, and other personal information. You agree that any registration information you give to Love Her Wild will always be accurate, correct, and up-to-date. Your account must not be used for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. In the event that your account is compromised, you agree to notify us in writing immediately and change your password.

2. Lawful Purposes. You may use the materials provided and/or the Service for lawful purposes only. You shall not post or transmit through our platform any material which violates or infringes the rights of others or which is racist, unethical, threatening, abusive, defamatory, libelous, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, vulgar, obscene, profane, or otherwise objectionable. Doing so is grounds for termination of service, at our discretion.

3. Purchase Confirmation. You will receive a receipt of payment from the designated payment processor. We will also email you with details concerning access to Love Her Wild’s programs. In the event that there is an error in this email confirmation, it is your responsibility to inform us as soon as possible: brooke@loveherwildpodcast.com.

4. Intellectual Property. This Program contains intellectual property owned by Love Her Wild, including, but not limited to, trademarks, copyrights, proprietary information, and other intellectual property, as well as the Love Her Wild name, logo, all designs, text, graphics, digital products, other files, and the selection and arrangement of such.

(a) LOVE HER WILD™ and any other trademarks used by Love Her Wild are trademarks of Love Her Wild.

(b) No Resale of Services Permitted. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell, or exploit for any commercial purposes any portion of the Program and/or products purchased via the Platform (including training materials), use of the purchased materials/products, or access to any course or products purchased. This agreement and all product(s) purchased are not transferable or assignable without the Company’s prior written consent.

(c) You agree not to share access to the Program, digital product(s) purchased or provided, or other proprietary materials with others. This includes parties that have not purchased the Program or any other third-party that Company has not authorized access to.

5. Client Duties, Cancellation, and Refunds.

(a) Compensation. Client agrees to pay the current program fee at the time of joining . If you select an auto-draft option, you understand that you will not receive an invoice reminder for these payments. Otherwise, you will receive an invoice via email and will be responsible for submitting payment by the due date stated. In the event that any authorized charge applied by us to your card fails, you remain responsible for payment as agreed to, as well as any penalty/late fees as detailed below.

If you select a payment plan, you understand that the subsequent payments will be charged to your account thirty (30) days from the date of the first payment and each subsequent payment.

(b) Late Payment Fee. If any fee outlined in this Agreement remains unpaid on the 7th day following its due date, a late fee of ten percent (10%) of the payment due will be assessed; a late fee will be assessed following each subsequent 7-day period. Love Her Wild reserves the right to restrict your access to the Services or terminate your participation in the Program unless and until all outstanding fees have been paid in full.

(c) Payment Security and Disputes. To the extent that Client provides Love Her Wild with credit/debit card(s) information for payment on Client’s account, Love Her Wild shall be authorized to charge Client’s card(s) or account(s) for any unpaid charges on the dates set forth in this Agreement. Love Her Wild also reserves the right to submit client information to a debt collections agency of Love Her Wild’s choice in the event of a late payment.

If Client selects the multiple payment/installment plan to make payments to Love Her Wild using the auto-draft option, Love Her Wild shall be authorized to make all charges at the time they are due and not require separate authorization in order to do so. You agree to not dispute any charges at any time. In the event that you inadvertently dispute a charge made to your account in connection with a purchase made through this website, you agree to immediately cancel/withdraw such a dispute. You understand that disputing a charge through your financial institution is a violation of this Agreement and you agree to not do so. You are responsible for any fees, including attorney’s fees, associated with recouping payment on disputes and any collection fees associated with such an event. You understand that we reserve the right to send any payments due and not satisfied to collections.

(d) Client may cancel participation in the Program at any time for any reason by providing written notice to Love Her Wild. Upon cancellation, access to the Program and Services will be terminated. However, cancellation of participation and/or this Agreement by the Client will not extinguish the Client’s obligation to pay the full program fee as outlined in Section 5(a). The Client will remain obligated to pay all remaining unpaid program fees in full.

(e) In the event that the Client engages in abusive or unprofessional behavior in the Program, towards representatives of Love Her Wild or other Program members, Love Her Wild reserves the right to cancel the Client’s membership and terminate access to the Services, without notice. No refund will be provided in the event that this takes place. The Client will remain obligated to pay all remaining unpaid program fees in full.

(f) Love Her Wild may decide to terminate the coaching relationship at any time. In the event that Love Her Wild decides to do so, Love Her Wild may release the Client from any further financial obligation under the Contract. This does not include the circumstances described in Section 2.

(g) Client’s failure to effectively participate in the Program is not grounds for a refund.

(h) Refund Policy. Due to the nature of the services provided, no refunds can be provided. The Client understands that disputing a charge through his or her financial institution is a violation

6. Non-Licensed Therapist Disclaimer. Brooke Carver, owner of Love Her Wild, is not a licensed therapist. Any content, advice, or guidance provided through online sold programs or live trainings is not intended to replace or serve as professional therapy, counseling, or medical advice. The programs and trainings are based on personal experiences and expertise.

(a) Release of Liability. By participating in Love Her Wild’s online sold programs or live trainings, you release Love Her Wild, its affiliates, and Brooke Carver from any liability arising from the content, advice, or guidance provided during these programs or trainings. This includes, but is not limited to, any emotional distress, decision-making outcomes, or consequences resulting from the implementation of the advice provided.

(b) Confidentiality. Participants in online sold programs or live trainings agree to maintain the confidentiality of the information shared during these sessions. Love Her Wild will take reasonable measures to keep the information confidential, and participants agree not to disclose or share sensitive information discussed during the programs or trainings.

(c) Legal and Ethical Compliance. Participants agree to use the online sold programs or live trainings for lawful purposes only. You shall not use the service to solicit or engage in any illegal activities, and you shall not request advice or guidance that would involve illegal or unethical conduct.

7. Technical Considerations. Participants understand that online sold programs or live trainings may be conducted using third-party platforms or applications. Love Her Wild is not responsible for any technical issues or interruptions that may occur during these sessions due to external factors, such as internet connectivity or platform malfunctions.

8. No Guarantee of Results

By enrolling in Love Her Wild’s online sold programs or live trainings, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this section. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from participating in the online sold programs or live trainings
